BUSINESSES
Partnering with businesses is so much more than putting their employees and/or donations to work. It's about working with their employees (and retirees) to provide support related to safe and accessible homes. What a job benefit!
While our current service radius ensures we are meeting the needs of the community we live in - 170+ households annually = seniors needs extend far beyond the Siloam Springs area. Launching satellite offices in NWA and NEO (and beyond) would enable us to engage the greater community at large, meeting the needs of even more households in our region.
EMPOWER THE CHURCH
Launching a church-based training platform aimed at meeting seniors' needs is critical. From proactively assessing the need, to planning the project and recruiting community help, our churches can be better equipped to meet the needs of its senior members.
With the booming senior population, the firth for independent living in the midslt of limited resources is going to be a challnge. We would like to rise ot that chllange by bbuilding a senior community in order to support the gola of independent living forour local seniors..
